MICHAEL F. SHIELDS
President and CEO
Mike Shields is president and CEO of Saleen Performance Vehicles. He also is an officer of Saleen’s sister companies: president and CEO/owner of Cyltec LLC, and owner of Power-Tec LLC and Control-Tec LLC.
Mike was a corporate attorney in the banking, real estate and securities group for the Detroit-based firm of Dickinson Wright until 1991, and then was one of the founding partners of Strobl and Manoogian. He joined Flat Rock Metal in 1992 as head of operations, and was president from 1997 to 2006.
