Investor FAQs
What is your current valuation cap?
Why invest in Saleen?
Saleen generates revenue today as a manufacturing partner for Ford Motor Company — this is a working automotive business, not a concept looking for a factory.
We have built and sold more than 40,000 vehicles over 43 years. Few American performance brands can say either number.
The engineering is ours: supercars developed in-house from the S7 to the S1 and the S11 ahead, protected by 25 patents.
When will I make money? What is the exit strategy?
Saleen is a private company, so shares cannot be easily traded or sold today.
The most likely paths to a return are an acquisition or a public listing. In those cases you receive your pro-rata share of the distributions, or you can sell your shares on an exchange.
These are both considered long-term exits, taking approximately 5–10 years (and often longer). Building a company takes time—please do your own due diligence before investing.
How can I invest?
Both accredited and non-accredited investors can invest through Wefunder. Click here to invest now.

How big is the market?
A growing market.
The global luxury car market is projected to grow from $710 billion in 2025 to more than $1 trillion by 2030, a 7.3% compound annual growth rate. Saleen builds at the premium, limited-production end of that market, and the S1 is aimed at its heart.
